DVAUK is a community society and not for profit.

DVAUK is a society set up in 2020 during the Covid-19 lockdown with the aim of supporting deaf artists to develop their artistic careers and have access to opportunities in their preferred language – British Sign Language.

DVAUK is a deaf-led society which supports deaf artists across the UK.​

DVAUK has members that offer to provide advice and support for deaf artists to build their careers and professional networks.​DVAUK arranges and leads Deaf-led retreats to provide a safe space to network, learn new skills and support and enhance opportunities.

DVAUK communicates and provides opportunities for group interaction through their Facebook Group/Page, where deaf artists can ask questions, share information and seek support.
